Lavender Champagne Jam


We grow a lot of lavender here on the property and I'm always looking for ways to incorporate it into our lives.  Without exception, this jam is certainly out of this world! It has been a fan favorite for years. It has just a hint of lavender in the background and the champagne almost tastes like honey. 

It’s perfect for biscuits, toast, scones, crackers with goat-cheese, or poached salmon - which is outstanding by the way!  

4 oz. jar

Ingredients: lavender buds, champagne, water, sugar, lemon juice, vanilla, pectin

This product is made following the Connecticut Department of Agriculture Acidified Foods Act and is not made in a commercial kitchen.
