Rosemary Wine Jam


This jam is a delightful savory jam that you don't find in most pantries.  Its perfect for breads like pumpernickel, onion rolls or other herb infused breads and rolls served with a hearty bowl of stew or butternut soup. It can also be warmed up and used as a sauce over roast beef.

The rosemary is an herb grown here at Thompson Street Farm in our aquaponics system and gently infused in the red wine. 

Ingredients: rosemary, red wine, sugar, lemon juice, pectin.

This product is made following the Connecticut Department of Agriculture Acidified Foods Act and is not made in a commercial kitchen.
